ORBCOMM Acquires SkyWave

In January 2015, ORBCOMM Inc. announced that it had completed the acquisition of SkyWave mobile communications. Together the combined companies bring the most complete and versatile set of customer hardware and software solutions in the business. These offerings range from high bandwidth to low bandwidth, the most comprehensive global regulatory authorizations and the broadest satellite-based coverage and connectivity options in the market today.
